I typically don't put much stock in negative feedback, believing such complaints are often isolated incidents. However, with this medical practice, subpar service isn't an exception—it's their standard operating procedure. Without fail, every interaction has been a source of pure frustration. Their staff consistently demonstrate a remarkable ability to be unhelpful, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. They've truly perfected the art of making patients feel like unwelcome burdens rather than individuals seeking medical assistance. Adding insult to injury, when I attempted to document my concerns by requesting staff names, they flatly refused—a telling response that reveals their questionable professional ethics. There's particularly one staff member, an uncle who seems to think he's clever, who goes out of his way to condescend to patients. His attitude suggests he believes people are too naive to recognize his deliberately obstructive behavior. The entire situation is utterly absurd. This practice is an embarrassment, and their patient treatment is nothing short of deplorable.
