Worst medical practice ever nightmare appointment system

After attempting to schedule an appointment by phone at 9:10 am and entering a queue, my husband remains stuck at number 3 after an excruciating 2 hours and 45 minutes (having been at this position for 30 minutes already). There seems to be no alternative method for booking an appointment. Contacting the office directly leads to the same frustrating call queue situation. A supposed new system proposed by the manager previously failed completely (involving form submission and waiting), with zero response over an entire week, and no trace of the submitted form when reception staff were subsequently questioned. Examining the practice's website provides no clarity: Screenshots demonstrate the Patient Access route, their primary site option, which simply displays a message that the GP has no available appointments. I demand this practice explain their complaint procedure in any response, as I've encountered similar issues before, and the complaint mechanism they previously suggested is clearly non-functional. I would prefer to give zero stars, but this review platform requires a rating.
