Worst medical practice ever nightmare of a healthcare experience

I've been attempting to secure a doctor's appointment for two months now!! Every morning, I'm instructed to call at 8am to have any chance of booking a slot. Today, I've been stuck on hold for nearly two hours, only to have the call disconnected. I've subsequently redialed 62 times. I'm genuinely curious about what these staff members are actually paid to do? They consistently ignore phone calls and refuse to schedule appointments. Moreover, when you visit the surgery, their customer service is shockingly poor. This is undoubtedly the most incompetent medical practice in Liverpool. I've been religiously calling at 8am sharp since late December, and still, no appointment has been offered. Is this level of service acceptable to anyone?
