Worst medical practice ever shocking patient care

I would award zero stars if possible, not even a fraction of one. Based on widespread feedback, I'm clearly not alone in finding their conduct reprehensible! To summarize, I spent an entire week attempting to schedule a GP appointment for my disabled son with a brain injury, needing to address multiple critical matters. These included obtaining referrals, completing a wheelchair application, processing various forms, and checking his cholesterol and medications. I initially called and spoke with Kelly, the receptionist, who suggested a doctor would return my call. I specified needing an appointment on a non-working day. She transferred me to practice manager Michelle (who manages the surgery poorly), who promised a callback with an appointment within 48 working hours. Monday passed with no response. I called again on Tuesday, Thursday, Friday - still no appointment. The reception team treated me appallingly - unprofessional, rude, and unhelpful. Staff involved: Stacey, Kelly, Zina (who even contacted police) Today, visiting to request a complaints form, I found Stacey simultaneously on the office phone and browsing her personal mobile. She ignored me completely. Zina refused my request to see the manager or obtain a formal complaints form, claiming Michelle was unavailable. Stacey offered only a blank A4 sheet, providing no official documentation or complaints procedure. They ultimately called the police on me. They're unaware of the consequences of their actions. For the sake of a simple call and complaints form, I'll pursue this extensively, including potential legal action. I secured a complaint form through police intervention, who subsequently returned to the surgery and delivered it to Michelle. Two witnesses can confirm the disgraceful treatment. My next steps: PALS, then the Ombudsman if unsatisfied. I'm transferring my son's registration to a superior nearby surgery. Dr. Razac demonstrates zero patient care, and the receptionists are absolutely deplorable! Avoid this surgery at all costs! Lodge a complaint, and they'll call the police. Their warning signs about inappropriate behavior reveal their chronic patient dissatisfaction and complete incompetence.
