Worst medical practice ever terrible customer service

The phone system has been non-functional for a fortnight, and the staff seem completely indifferent to resolving the issue. It's impossible to schedule an appointment due to this complete breakdown in communication. The reception team is consistently discourteous, which only adds to the frustration. While the doctors themselves are competent when you eventually manage to connect with them, the overall practice management is thoroughly unsatisfactory.
