Worst medical practice ever terrible customer service

I was made to feel like an unwelcome nuisance, with my attempts to explain my situation being constantly interrupted and rushed, resulting in an extremely unpleasant and unresolved interaction. While I understand the medical sector is operating under immense pressure, this does not justify such appalling behavior. Throughout my management career, I have never encountered such profound unprofessionalism from a team member, and I seriously question whether this individual is suitable for their role. As a patient at your practice, I am prepared to transfer to an alternative medical center at the earliest opportunity following this pandemic. Furthermore, I intend to file a formal complaint and bring this practice's patient treatment to the NHS's attention, highlighting the distressing experience during an already challenging period. Prior to my personal encounter, I had heard similar accounts from Beaconsfield residents regarding the reception team's lack of professionalism, which I previously dismissed.
