Worst medical practice ever terrible service

If I could award zero stars, I absolutely would. Multiple times, I've been left hanging on the phone for half an hour, only to have the call abruptly disconnected. Prescriptions consistently go astray or arrive incorrect and incomplete. We've been forced to climb the stairs and personally hand prescriptions to reception after two separate instances of documents seemingly disappearing when left in the downstairs box. Reception adamantly refuses to accept prescriptions unless they're deposited in said box. After yet another prescription vanished despite following their protocol, they promised to expedite it, yet two days later the pharmacy still hasn't received anything, and I'm unable to reach the doctors by phone to follow up. Honestly, if you're selecting a medical practice, look elsewhere. I've experienced nothing but continuous problems, and their administrative staff desperately need improvement. I anticipate the standard corporate response expressing regret and requesting detailed feedback, but when phone lines are perpetually unavailable and reception staff are as helpful as a concrete wall, what options remain? I'm advocating for a relative, not myself, and I struggle to see how this practice could possibly survive given the monumentally poor service they provide.
