Worst medical practice ever terrible service

Since Dr. D.H. departed, the Practice has deteriorated dramatically. I frequently question whether these staff members (particularly the receptionists, who are absolutely dreadful, and the nurses) possess any compassion whatsoever! We understand budget constraints and overwhelming workloads, but shouldn't healthcare professionals recognize urgent situations? What catastrophe must occur before these individuals rediscover their humanity? The NHS's future appears alarmingly uncertain, and we should all be deeply concerned! Ps. Today brought yet another abysmal encounter with their deplorable reception service. They become visibly irritated when patients call, especially those with foreign accents, immediately becoming defensive and labeling us as "rude". Something fundamentally toxic permeates UVMP, representing a shameful representation of our NHS. Isn't it time for comprehensive staff retraining or personnel replacement? And, regarding the previous response, I recognize that many online reviewers avoid full name disclosure (ever heard of privacy?), but my surname exists in your records, likely under "foreigners". You mention "compassion & respect"? Certainly not in my experience. I've shared my story with friends and others who've encountered similar treatment - we're collectively astounded! The staff member I interacted with spoke no alternative languages and, by South English standards, barely communicates comprehensibly. While I've developed thick skin, I implore them to respect our magnificent NHS. That's my sole request. Thank you.
