Worst medical practice ever terrible service nightmare

I spent an exhausting 6+ hours attempting to schedule a doctor's appointment. The initial 3 hours were just trying to connect, and when I finally did, the system was useless. I endured over 90 minutes on hold, only to have the call disconnected. A second attempt resulted in another 90-minute wait, by which time the surgery had closed. What an absolute farce! This morning, after being trapped in their answer system for over 40 minutes, I still couldn't book an appointment. The only option offered was a vague phone call sometime next Tuesday, with no specified time. They seem to have plenty of time for phone conversations but zero availability for in-person interactions. When I requested the practice manager's email to file a complaint, I was told I must write a physical letter. This level of bureaucratic nonsense is completely unacceptable.
