Worst medical practice ever with terrible customer service

I've encountered the most incompetent medical practice imaginable. After being registered for a month, my friend and I have experienced nothing but frustration. The reception staff are discourteous, dismissive, and completely useless. I tried scheduling an in-person consultation directly at the surgery, only to be told I must book online. I subsequently booked online, specifically requesting a face-to-face appointment, but was inexplicably assigned a telephone consultation. The physician then informed me I required an in-person examination and directed me to contact reception. Upon doing so, they flatly refused to book via phone, insisting I use the online system. This ridiculous cycle has now consumed three weeks with zero progress. Additionally, I submitted a form on another's behalf, explicitly requesting they contact me, yet they completely disregarded these instructions and reached out to the other individual instead. To compound the problem, during a call seeking help, a receptionist named Sharon displayed extraordinary rudeness and unprofessional behavior. This medical practice is an absolute travesty, and I am preparing to file a formal NHS complaint. Anyone considering registering here should seriously reconsider.
