Worst medical practice ever with terrible customer service

Following our initial acceptance and enduring a 30-minute wait outside to provide identification and address verification, we received a phone call three weeks later informing us that we cannot use this medical practice due to living too far away. We reside merely 0.8 miles from the surgery! Moreover, the telephone receptionist delivering this news was unquestionably the most discourteous individual we've ever encountered. Her customer service skills are utterly non-existent - this is the same staff member who previously left us standing outside while attempting to submit our documentation! My wife is overdue for her cervical screening, and my two-year-old daughter requires medical attention. Now, we must all register with another medical practice. This situation is an absolute and complete embarrassment.
