Worst medical practice experience ever

I began attempting to contact the medical practice at 8 AM and, after an exhausting 87 call attempts, I finally got through. I then endured 7 minutes stuck at position 2 in the queue and another 14 minutes at position 1, only to be informed that no appointments were available. Considering the phone lines were apparently non-functional for more than 30 minutes, I find their explanation completely unconvincing. The entire experience has left me thoroughly frustrated and furious.
