Worst medical practice staff ever

unreliable front desk personnel. i relocated 3 years ago and despite numerous attempts to update my address, it remains incorrect. they create significant obstacles when trying to send prescriptions via email. cannot rely on them to perform their duties competently. Update- After filing an official complaint regarding delayed prescription delivery, absolutely no improvement has occurred. Reception staff systematically ignore email prescription requests until over a week has passed, forcing me to submit emergency medication requests. Effectively, I must waste time completing forms that are never reviewed within their promised 48-hour window, then wait additional time for emergency requests to process, meaning I frequently go without medication for up to a week because reception staff avoid handling emails. They should be replaced entirely with agency workers. (update) I've even been addressed by completely incorrect names in correspondence about address changes. The level of incompetence is shocking. It's terrifying that such unprofessional individuals are responsible for such critical tasks.
