Worst medical reception ever terrible service

The front desk staff display an appalling lack of professionalism. They seem completely indifferent to the critical nature of healthcare access, consistently failing to provide timely appointments despite the growing population. It's unacceptable that patients are made to feel like an inconvenience when simply trying to schedule essential medical consultations. Their current phone system is archaic and ineffective, and the receptionists, particularly the older woman who has long overstayed her welcome, demonstrate a shocking disregard for basic customer service. These individuals appear to have forgotten that they are dealing with people's health and wellbeing, not mere administrative tasks. The practice urgently needs to overhaul its reception team, implementing staff who understand the importance of compassion and respect in a healthcare setting.
