I am utterly exasperated and deeply worried following my recent interaction with Busrah Thair, a receptionist at our local medical practice. Her conduct was nothing short of appalling—she completely disregarded my presence at the desk, displaying an astonishing level of rudeness and contempt. To make matters worse, she provided me with a blood test form dated January 2024, despite it currently being August 2025. Such a glaring mistake is completely unacceptable, particularly in a healthcare environment. It is deeply troubling that an individual in such a critical position could demonstrate such carelessness and lack of attention to detail, not to mention her abysmal interpersonal skills. I felt entirely marginalized and invisible as a patient, which is the polar opposite of what one anticipates when seeking medical assistance. The profound unprofessionalism and blatant disregard shown in presenting outdated and potentially critical medical documentation has left me feeling deeply unsettled and frustrated. This encounter has raised significant doubts about the overall standard of service at this practice, and I am prepared to take decisive action if these issues are not promptly addressed. Should I not receive a satisfactory resolution or see meaningful improvement, I will have no alternative but to explore changing healthcare providers. I demand a basic level of care, attentiveness, and respect from an institution that purportedly prioritizes patient welfare.
