Worst medical service ever avoid at all costs

If I could rate this lower than zero, I would. I've lost track of the number of times I've submitted my prescription, only to find myself a week later desperately trying to track it down, with the staff claiming they have no record of it. This means I have to resubmit, leaving me to suffer in pain. Getting through to them on the phone is impossible, and on the rare occasion you do connect with someone, they're dismissive and completely indifferent to your situation. I've had enough of this mockery of a medical practice and have already filed an application to switch to a new surgery.
