Worst medical service ever avoid at all costs

Absolutely terrible service that demonstrates a complete lack of commitment to patient care. It's evident they've become complacent and indifferent to customer feedback. I've been struggling to secure an appointment for my daughter for several weeks now. Their booking system is a frustrating facade, with a mysteriously limited number of slots released daily, which are then instantly closed, creating an illusion of availability while genuine patients frantically attempt to schedule care each morning. This approach is utterly unacceptable and profoundly unprofessional. Patients are entitled to a transparent, dependable service that respects their needs, not a system that makes them feel marginalized and desperate when seeking essential medical assistance. The current method strips patients of their dignity, reducing them to helpless supplicants rather than valued individuals seeking healthcare.
