Worst medical service ever experienced by patient

CIRCUS-LEVEL CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest. Ring them at 8 AM to schedule an appointment, endure 700 calls, and an hour later they casually mention zero availability. Even when they do book you in, it's not the doctor but a nurse who follows up. Despite suffering from debilitating back pain for over 10 weeks, they didn't consider it serious enough for an MRI, waiting until I was practically immobilized before taking action. I strongly advise steering clear of this BTEC surgical practice. Someone needs to intervene and completely overhaul their incompetent operation.
