Worst medical service ever experienced by patient

They were absolutely terrible from the start. I was denied blood tests, and even when I went to A&E for testing, they continuously dodged providing my results. They kept passing me back and forth between the surgery and hospital, with each side claiming the other would handle it. The receptionists are incredibly lazy and unmotivated, forcing ADHD patients to wait endlessly in the waiting room without medication due to pharmacy shortages. When you finally muster the courage to ask about wait times, they claim you've been called while staring blankly at a screen, and they're dismissive of their own mistakes. What a relief I've been removed from their practice. Waiting two and a half hours is not acceptable, and the discrimination I experienced with my B12 deficiency and liver problems was shocking. I was completely refused blood tests and had to go through the hospital, who confirmed I was treated unfairly compared to other patients at Oaktree Surgery. I am absolutely furious about the entire experience.
