Worst medical service ever life-threatening negligence

I wouldn't even rate them 1 star - more like a negative 100. I'm supposed to be on a weekly controlled prescription, but they can't seem to get it right. My partner tried discussing the missed medication, and they talked over him, showing zero concern for me as a patient. When my partner stressed about potential health risks, the front desk staff went into a consultation room and started laughing - completely unprofessional. Reception claimed they're just admin and told us to use an app that doesn't work for medication requests, even though the pharmacist has been trying to get the prescription sorted. It's clearly the surgery's fault and they obviously don't care - we're just another source of income to them. I started throwing up in the car due to a medical flare-up, so my partner went back inside. He told me the Asian receptionist with glasses was giving him dirty looks and interrupting, which led to a confrontation. Now I'll be waiting all day for my prescription, risking seizures and potential hospitalization. If you're in Slough, avoid this surgery at all costs - they're more interested in risking patients' lives than helping them get necessary medication. A blind person could run this place more competently. It's absolutely disgraceful, and the doctors don't deserve their medical licenses. My partner has warned them that if I end up in hospital due to their incompetence, it's entirely their responsibility. This surgery is a disgrace to the NHS and should have their licenses revoked. The doctors need to return to medical school and learn how to properly care for patients and represent the healthcare system with dignity.
