Worst medical service ever terrible customer experience

I wasted nearly an hour on hold, only to have the receptionist abruptly terminate the call without addressing my concerns. In a separate incident, when I was experiencing severe pain, the staff member dismissively suggested I take over-the-counter pain medication and informed me that a doctor consultation was unavailable for a month. Their attitude is shockingly unprofessional and dismissive, displaying a complete lack of understanding that individuals seeking medical advice are likely dealing with genuine health issues.
