Worst medical service i've ever experienced

Absolutely terrible service. It's completely ridiculous that we have to pay for such a subpar experience. When I attempted to transfer, the reception staff initially claimed it would take 10 days to register, but another employee managed to complete it in just 3 minutes. Their communication skills are abysmal - the receptionist responded with a confused "Huh?" when I was seeking assistance. I then met with a staff member to request a blood test, who directed me back to reception. The reception staff then told me I needed to call them. When I tried calling, the phone line was constantly busy. I resorted to filling out an online form and waited a week, sending daily reminders before someone finally contacted me. The doctor recommended a blood test, but I received no appointment confirmation. After spending 1.5 hours on hold, I eventually managed to book the test. The entire process is an absolute farce. Someone definitely needs to address these systemic issues. It's deeply disappointing to see such unprofessionalism and inefficiency, especially when you're paying for these services.
