Worst patient registration ever

I approached this medical practice with an open mind, despite prior critical feedback, hoping to become a new patient. However, my interaction with two different receptionists was deeply disappointing. The first seemed annoyed when I requested registration forms, and the second instructed me to go home and complete the paperwork since no staff were available to receive it. When I asked for a clipboard, I was bizarrely told to stand against a wall and fill out the form. A sincere recommendation to the practice partners: you urgently need to address the reception team's customer service approach. The current staff demonstrate a profound lack of professionalism, displaying rudeness and a dismissive attitude that is completely unacceptable in a healthcare setting.
