Worst service ever terrible customer experience nightmare

This establishment deserves the lowest possible rating - absolutely terrible. They botched my father-in-law's death certificate, and their customer service is a complete nightmare. Every single time I attempt to contact them, I'm informed they're fully booked and told to call back later or the next day. I've spent three consecutive days trying to secure an appointment or speak with someone, and I've gotten nowhere. After waiting an entire hour in the queue, I was dismissively told that their phone lines have been open since 8:30am - which, ironically, is exactly when I started calling to schedule an appointment. Completely and utterly incompetent organization...
