If I could award them zero stars, I absolutely would. Steer clear of registering with this medical practice. Their patient care is utterly deplorable. I have received zero support or meaningful assistance. There's no consistent doctor familiar with your medical background; instead, you're shuffled between different GPs during each appointment who are completely clueless, refuse to read your file, and offer no help whatsoever. Face-to-face consultations are rare, and securing same-day appointments is like winning a lottery. When attempting to book an appointment, their phone system is a nightmare. I was caller number 32, waiting until 9am only to be disconnected. Subsequent attempts yielded identical results - waiting over an hour just to be told no appointments were available and to try again the next day. Eventually, I was forced to visit the hospital. Trying to schedule an appointment for my one-year-old daughter was equally disastrous. Despite emphasizing her serious illness and urgent need for medical attention, they refused to book anything due to fully booked schedules. For patients who are overweight or have PCOS, avoid this practice at all costs. You'll be constantly lectured about weight risks, pregnancy dangers, and potential health complications, without receiving any genuine medical support or understanding of complex endocrine disorders. They are beyond incompetent. Honestly, becoming a medical professional yourself would be faster and more effective than seeking help here. Every staff member - from reception to medical professionals - demonstrates complete indifference and staggering incompetence.
