Worst surgery experience ever terrible phone service

I've been attempting to contact the surgery for four consecutive days. Despite their operating hours starting at 8, I began dialing at 7:50. By 8:02, my call was placed in a global queue, which stretched to an excruciating 1 to 1.40 hours. Calls either disconnect spontaneously or are automatically redirected to surgeries in Slough or distant locations. What's the purpose of registering with a nearby surgery if booking an appointment requires a 15-20 minute drive, not accounting for traffic? The surgery is absolutely dreadful, and their staff are incredibly discourteous. If you raise any concerns, they either abruptly terminate the call or dismissively state that your work or travel circumstances are irrelevant. What kind of response is that? Why do we even register with a local surgery? It is their fundamental responsibility to provide doctor appointments at the registered location, not leave patients on hold for hours and then claim all booking slots are filled by 8:02, subsequently redirecting patients to distant Slough locations. They might as well be transparent and admit they're just collecting money and inflating government statistics without delivering promised services. These are nothing short of fraudulent businesses. We can't constantly rush to A&E, where doctors consistently criticize these GP practices.
