Uncaring
My mom went to book in for a blood test the receptionist wouldn't let her. When asked why 2 week wait ,there is Wednesday but go to the hospital. That doesn't help when you have no car and use public transport and mobility problems. If you are lucky to see a doctor then they spend tye whole time looking their computer not the patient.
