UNPROFESSIONAL TREATMENT OF PATIENTS

I want to share my experience at Selden Medical Center, where I had to go for a routine check-up last week. I was appalled by the behaviour of the GP when I got there. She was rude, impatient and eager to conclude the appointment without proper treatment or care. I felt like I was not treated with respect or dignity, and I left feeling worse than when I arrived. I think this is unacceptable for a medical center that claims to provide quality care and service. I wonder how many other patients have had similar experiences, and how this affects their health and well-being. I hope that the management of Selden Medical Center will take action to improve the staff behaviour and ensure that all patients are treated with courtesy and compassion.

Probably the best practice I've ever been with

I am so pleased that I live near this practice, they are always super attentive and extremely polite, which is not often the case in my previous experience. Well done to all at the practice and keep up being amazing.
